My SUV was hit in our parking lot.
I called the person's insurance, told them that I'd like to take my SUV to Holmes. They agreed and sent me to get an estimate.
Holmes set up a date and time for me to bring my SUV in for the repairs, told me approximately how long the repairs would take, and gave me the name/phone number of Enterprise Car Rental in town.
The repairs were done in the time limit that they had given, and my SUV looks GREAT!
I would not hesitate to go back to Holmes if I needed additional body work on my car, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
